Today, I was going to research gravitomagnetism, magnetic signatures (in man and machine), get Otto’s help organizing how they fit together, but I’ve changed my plans.
Why? I have a headache. I went to see friends yesterday and ate Graham Crackers. Sounds benign, but they did me in. Maybe it was the cinnamon. I don’t get it, but I keep a list of suspected triggers and for-sure triggers. ‘Suspected’ includes Cheetos, zone bars, carrots, breakfast drink, Starbucks coffees, raisins, and now, cinnamon graham crackers. ‘For sure’ includes pnuts, fortune cookies, pudding mousse, sour creme, jello salad, dairy products, fruit.
I often get headaches, but lately (the last six months), they go away with some attention. Yes, they come back, but I get a break. Food aversions (not allergies; I got tested) last all day, maybe up to four days.
Argh. As someone Anonymous said, “Life’s a long headache in a noisy street”
